Feliz domingo a todos los que forman parte de esta linda colmena 🤗 espero hayan tenido una semana de muchos aprendizajes... Hoy, continuando con el desafío del blog, compartiré con ustedes la respuesta a la cuarta pregunta de la parte 1: El trabajo de sueños. Confieso que esa pregunta trae muchos recuerdos a miente amigos...
Estudié y recibí el título de licenciada en química. Durante la carrera, por supuesto, hice labores en laboratorios, ví y aprendí mucho. Conocí reacciones maravillosas, pude crear compuestos que representaron a escala micro una solución al problema de contaminación del agua, adoré esos momentos...
En la actualidad mi trabajo oficial es como docente en esa misma universidad en la que me gradué sin embargo el trabajo de mis sueños amigos es Crear recetas dulces y de Panadería a esto también dedico parte de mi tiempo, tengo un emprendimiento desde hace poco más de un año en el que me dedico a hacer entremeses para todo tipo de celebraciones y eventos 😊🙏 esto amigos, me hace feliz y por eso lo defino como el trabajo de mis sueños anhelo poder tener mi propio taller, un lugar lindo dónde pueda ver materializado mi esfuerzo y tantos sacrificios... Sé que lo tendré 🙏🏼😊
Es importante destacar que lejos de pensar que no se relacionan mi carrera y mi pasión, estás se comunican muchísimo, de hecho en la panadería y la repostería se aplican muchos principios químicos, ya que hay que cuidar las proporciones, mezclas, temperaturas de cocción y más... Nada en esta vida es casualidad mis queridos, todo tiene una perfecta razón de ser.... La química me permite perfeccionar mis recetas siempre!! 😊
Estoy viviendo el trabajo de mis sueños a pequeña escala pero con la convicción de que lo mejor está por venir mis amores...
