This 15 Minute City concept has it's Marksist roots, its done before in the Soviet Union as Stellenkas, colloquially called the Commie Blocks. Compartmentalized communities with everything, apartments, parks, clinics, stores, etc., are cookie cutter stamped. It's widely proposed as a means to combat (sic) Climate change but it really takes from the lower classes to stuff the pockets of the Elite.

It's not a surprise that the powerful and rich are trying to get their way however they can. It's kind of crazy how they think that they can change a city in some 3rd world country into a huge city similar to Paris.
