Espero la estén pasa dos genial y tengan un lindo dia, hoy quiero compartir mi participación en la iniciativa de @aliento en la que les comentaré un poco sobre lo que mas me apasiona hacer, aunque a veces creemos no contar con alguna habilidad o destreza, todos tenemos algo que nos gusta hacer y que nos distingue de los demás, siempre hay alguna habilidad especial que resalta y a la que ciertamente hay que saber aprovechar así que acá les cuento cuales considero son las mías.

I hope you are having a great time and have a nice day, today I want to share my participation in the initiative of @aliento in which I will tell you a little about what I am most passionate about doing, although sometimes we believe we do not have any ability or skill, we all have something we like to do and that distinguishes us from others, there is always a special skill that stands out and that certainly must be taken advantage of so here I tell you what I consider are mine.
Me gusta realizar muchas actividades pero es difícil que alguna se me dé con la perfección que me gustaría, así que pienso que debo dedicarme más para obtener los resultados que deseo, yo amo la cocina, me gusta mucho poder cocinar para mi familia, amigos y por supuesto para mi, desde niña me gustaba ver los programas de televisión relacionados con las cocina, podía pasar horas viendo a mis chef preparar sus recetas y pensaba, algún día voy a cocinar así, de hecho, muchas veces lo intenté siendo una niña, mi mamá siempre debía estar pendiente porque acercaba una silla a la cocina y quería cocinar, así derretí muchos envases plásticos.
Cuando ya tuve edad para manipular la cocina empecé a preparar comidas sencillas como panquecas y algunas otros platos fáciles, luego fui subiendo el nivel en la cocina y ahora puedo cocinar muchísimas cosas, me apasiona mucho poder preparar deliciosos platos, no soy profesional, no estudié cocina y no cocino al nivel de un chef, aunque me encantaría, pero mis comidas gustan mucho y eso me llena por eso lo hago con pasión.
I like to do many activities but it is difficult for any of them to be as perfect as I would like, so I think I should dedicate myself more to get the results I want, I love cooking, I really like to cook for my family, friends and of course for me, >since I was a child I liked to watch TV shows related to cooking, I could spend hours watching my chefs prepare their recipes and I thought, someday I will cook like that, in fact, many times I tried it as a child, my mom always had to be aware because she would bring a chair closer to the kitchen and I wanted to cook, so I melted many plastic containers.
When I was old enough to handle the kitchen I started to prepare simple meals like pancakes and some other easy dishes, then I went up the level in the kitchen and now I can cook many things, I am very passionate about preparing delicious dishes, I am not a professional, I did not study cooking and I do not cook at the level of a chef, although I would love to, but I like my meals very much and that fills me up and that is why I do it with passion.
He preparado una gran variedad de platos para sorprender a mi familia y confieso que les encanta, casi siempre mis planes al momento de reunirme con amigos son para cocinar algo rico, cada día aprendo cosas nuevas y eso hace muy feliz.
I have prepared a variety of dishes to surprise my family and I confess that they love it, almost always my plans when I get together with friends are to cook something delicious, every day I learn new things and that makes me very happy.
Otra de las cosas que más me apasiona es la repostería, desde muy niña veía a mi familia haciendo tortas y aprendí a realizar la torta tradicional de vainilla, siempre me quedó muy deliciosa así que fui aprendiendo a realizar más pasteles y dulces.
Another of the things I am most passionate about is baking, since I was a little girl I used to watch my family making cakes and I learned to make the traditional vanilla cake, it was always very delicious so I learned to make more cakes and sweets.
Ahora me encanta realizar tortas y dulces para mi y mi familia, he pensado en venderlas pero debo practicar mucho como decorar porque aun no lo aprendo bien, me apasiona mucho poder crear pasteles de sabores que me gusten y combinarlos, hace dos días hice mi primer pedido y quedé muy satisfecha con el resultado, hice una torta de 3 capas, la primera rellena de chocolate, la segunda capa rellena de crema chantilly y fresas y una ultima capa rellena de melocotones en almíbar y crema chantilly, me encantó el resultado.
Now I love to make cakes and sweets for me and my family, I have thought about selling them but I must practice a lot how to decorate because I still do not learn it well, I am very passionate about creating cakes with flavors that I like and combine them, two days ago I made my first order and I was very satisfied with the result, I made a cake with 3 layers, the first filled with chocolate, the second layer filled with whipped cream and strawberries and a last layer filled with peaches in syrup and whipped cream, I loved the result.
Para concluir con mi participación en esta iniciativa les recalco mi pasión por la cocina, es una de las cosas que más disfruto, paso la mayor parte del tiempo en ella y realmente lo disfruto. Espero les haya gustado mi post. Un abrazo.
