Actually these are 2 random kids on the street.
Usually when you see more than one cat in an neighborhood, it means that someone feeds them.
The black kid, was sitting there. But the other one was rubbing his/her head and body to understand that the cat wanted some attention and make you to pet her/him.
Or it just wanted some food, i don't know.
