In this sense, conflicts clear irritations and resentments and pave the way for expressing positive feelings. The biggest conflict, according to Sigmund Freud, is the internal conflict-satisfaction.

Conflict is a phenomenon that in our times is a subject of exceptional interest. Even now there is a special interdisciplinary field of science - conflict science - including such sciences as conflict sociology, psychology of conflict, social psychology of conflict, ethics and conflict management, etc. The Integral Science of the Conflict originated about fifty years ago and is related to the founding works of Ralph Darendorff, Louis Kozer and others. The very concept of conflict has many different definitions. Often there is no distinction between conflict and conflict, between conflict and conflict, and so on. They fight conflict as a relationship between socially interacting subjects characterized by opposition. They see it only as a "conflict of opposing interests and views" or as "perceived incompatibility between actions and goals."

It has its own dynamics: occurrence, development as a conflict, resolution. This process is extremely complex and multifaceted. It applies not only to the persons involved but also to the group to which they are members. It builds up the development of the contradiction of the implicit quality of social things in an objective reality in the system of social practice.

Another important feature of social conflicts is that they, as a way of resolving contradictions as a way out, are possible, admissible, and not necessary and obligatory, as otherwise the counterpart could be abolished - negotiations, concessions, compromise and etc. It is connected directly with social interaction and interaction. Therefore, it is an important sociopsychic phenomenon and a priority subject but an instil of social psychology. The conflict process, actually occurring in time and space, is preceded by a critical situation that arises under the influence of certain subjective and objective factors - reasons, and the necessity of certain conditions of conflict. The conditions for the occurrence and the course of the conflict process are a complex of concrete opportunities for conflicting actions and actions, for conflict behavior.

Great post. Conflict falls in two different dynamic ways. It can help to destroy and it can also help to rebuild relationship. It can help to weaken relationship and it can also helps to strengthen relationship. There are some friendship that are strengthen or more strong by conflict and there are some conflict that destroy it completely
