It is so strange,, definitely, very dreamy. For me this illustration as if Giger and Brian Froud Art had a baby, but also certainly your own.
Looks (almost) finished to me .... maybe a few touches of color. Can be done with transparent glazes. I sometimes just use a damp cloth with a dab of paint using my fingers.
I imagine you will post the finished piece?
