  What exactly does Deep Dream Generator do to the photos? I checked on their website, and it looks like it just uses AI to combine photos, but i'm not sure.

  I use a surface pro too! Have you tried using FireAlpaca? It's a free drawing app you can find here http and I really like it because it has a great support commumity and lots of features.
