I hit up the gym Sunday morning and decided just to do some accessory work. I started with banded monster walks to warm up the quad and glutes.
Then sets of:
GHD reverse hypers
GHD sit-ups
GH raises
The moved on to sets of:
Weighted hip thrusts with 85lbs working up to 115 lbs (body weight)
Bulgarian split squats with two 35 lb dumbbells
Single arm bent over rows with same dumbbell
Front rack barbell lunges with 85 lbs
My glutes are sore today!!
