To be honest, inviting people to the hive blockchain has become a difficult task because most people in our contemporary world especially youths are after opportunities that would fetch them a good amount of money to cater for their lifestyles. No doubt, they hive blockchain has a lot of opportunities to offer people but not everyone is ready to put in hardwork, consistency and effort only to be rewarded less in some cases.

I remember inviting someone to the hive blockchain and she started well at first but when she realized that after 3 months it was difficult for her to keep up because she was not getting enough engagement and support as you should have.

However, if I was to invite a person to start their journey on hive, the thing I will tell them is that it requires time energy, effort, hard work, consistency and a lot of Engagement to be able to make it on the platform. This is so because no newbie can thrive in this ecosystem without having the patients to succeed.

In other words, aside from any rewards they get from their post they would have to do more than just writing which is engagement to be able to gain stance in the Hive blockchain.

Another thing to tell them is that, success takes time and it is not guaranteed that when you find your feet on the platform it is something that would be constant because changes about to happen on both your profile or on the platform as a whole.

I think before inviting someone to Hive, the first question should be:

“Do you even enjoy writing, reading, discussing ideas, or sharing things without needing instant rewards or constant validation?”

Because if the answer is no, they probably won't stay long enough to even learn how the ecosystem works.

A lot of people join expecting attention, easy money, or immediate engagement. Then they quit the moment reality doesn't match the fantasy.

Hive is closer to building a presence in a town than posting into an algorithm slot machine. It takes curiosity, patience, interaction, and genuine interest in participating.

If someone already enjoys creating, thinking, reading, documenting, experimenting, joking around, or expressing themselves naturally, they have a far higher chance of staying.

The rewards alone are usually not enough motivation to survive the learning curve.

Hmmmm!! Ma'am I understand your point honestly. Most youths today are looking for quick results because of the pressure of survival and lifestyle. That is why it can be difficult convincing people to join a platform like the Hive blockchain where consistency and patience are very important.

But at the same time, I believe Hive is more than just fast money. It gives people the opportunity to grow, learn, connect, and build something sustainable over time. The challenge is that many people are not ready for the process that comes before the rewards. In this generation, hard work without immediate results discourages a lot of people.

Still, for those who stay consistent and keep improving themselves, Hive can truly become a valuable platform with long term benefits.
