I have already my "battle plan" for the Minnow-ASAP laid out in my mind. This is basically just an "idea-bank", where I want to discuss & share ideas for the project. I obviously understand that it might be difficult to have ideas even before the project has officially launched, as it will be launched tomorrow.
But, as I am eager to steer this project in the right direction and to accomplish "ground-breaking" things, I need to remind myself of the goals I have, how I plan to reach them and what the project is all about. I also need to improve and change things for the greater good whenever it's necessary, as I want this project to evolve. Along with that, comes the transparency. As this project relies on (or at least includes) others, having a pay-it-forward, selfless approach as the main fuel for the whole operation, I want to hear your thoughts and ideas.
I am the man behind this project, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I need to be the only one running it. In fact, I want you to be involved, so that we strive towards the same goal in the long haul. We want and need a stronger middle class. We need minnows. The purpose of this project is to push people into minnowhood in a rapid way. In a faster pace than any other initiative or project out there. I want this to be the shortcut to minnowhood.
I welcome people to contact me on Discord [EviLDoLLTV#9035], and I have always talked about creating a MinnowASAP channel in the future. I have made an official account for the @minnowasap, in case it would be necessary in the future.
That being said, I have also mentioned that I would take on 5 people per push, which basically means that there will be only 5 spots for this, and I will take on new users as soon as one of the users has reached the goal.
What I haven't talked about, is my magicdice dividends. I earn anything between 2 and 8 Steem per day so far, (this can obviously go up or down as it depends on how many players there are, the bets and all that), but what I have started to think about, is to use that income directly on the people we push. By doing that, we would boost people in a quicker pace and it wouldn't require as much donations from others if I sacrificed those rewards.

That being said, just to clarify certain things about this project. This is charity, as charity means:
But, that doesn't mean that I will take on people without having some sort of rules or criterias they must fulfill. The exact criterias will be invented and created with time, but the only things that are set in stone as of now is:
- That users cannot have an active power down.
- There are no Steem Power limits, as I don't want to exclude people, but people who are close to 500 SP will be prioritized.
- People who are active, engage and avoid flagwars and bad behaviour, are good candidates, meanwhile the opposite means that those people will be declined.
- People cannot have liquid rewards that would push them into minnowhood.
So, even though this is some sort of charity, I don't want people to think about this as charity. I want people to see this as a nice little extra "bonus" for good users who're struggling to reach 500 SP by themselves.
I will personally support people with upvotes to increase their rewards, but I will also donate SBI-shares (where I see fit) and/or donate Steem Power directly to said users. The donation side of this is to push them quickly into minnowhood, but if you decide to donate or not is entirely up to you.
What you do, is up to you. I don't want anyone to feel forced to participate or to support everyone I decide to push. It's for you to decide who, when and where you give your support, and in what way you will support these individuals. But, I want you to know one thing... We will all benefit by having a stronger middle class. And everything counts!
I'm still working towards being a minnow but one thing I'm trying out as a way to help others is to use SteemAuto and the curation tail and fanbase sections to auto upvote posts from people that are creating good content but need help growing. I wonder if creating a curation tail through your @minnowasap account would be a simple way for other people to help the 5 people in the current rush?

Thank you for the suggestion. I've thought of doing that, but I won't do it during this "trial run" or whatever one might call it.
I have a few reasons for it, but one of them is that I don't what to force anyone to support all the users I decide to push. I want this to be more of a team-effort, where people can decide for themselves how, when and also who to support. But not only that, it gives this project more of a "personal touch", in the sense that people willing to be active and participate in this, will also need to put in some manual work.
It might yield less of results than I expect, but I truly believe that we need to put in more manual work and try to reduce the average automatic use. It would also boost morale and engagement in general, as the support comes from individuals directly, and not trough auto-votes.
That being said, I might be totally wrong and I will obviously change the approach if and when it's necessary. But for starters, I'll see how things goes without any form of curation trails.

Since I made it to Dolphin, I haven't thought about any new goals for myself. My previous goal were to reach 1500 SP at the end of 2019, but I need to figure out something better now.
Nothing is set in stone yet, but I will obviously work hard to grow my own account simultaneously. The bigger I get, the more I'll be able to do for others. That's my long haul goal on STEEM.
Who knows, I might even get a place in the "hall of fame" some day, even though it's unlikely. What I do know is, that I want to contribute and do the things I can to make this a better place for everyone.
The influence that can be made with the Minnows as a class is incredible so that is why we need to strive to create and foster that being a goal!
