It was a very long day for me doing what I don't wish to do at all. Coaching a professional content developer on how to get along on the blockchain.
Many people know about blogging but not all know about Hive as a game changer. Didn't do much on all the platforms today except to reply to messages and now am writing a short story.
This thought have been in my mind how I can easy guide the newbies on how to get along on the system as hive is not like any other platform. If you have any way around it please don't hesitate to let me know.
I have actually been contemplating this too ... give me until next week, and I may have something for you...
Wooow, that's lovely ma, I will be expecting a response. Thank you
OK: I have an answer for you. I call this the Square Deal Plan because it has four sides, and is a good way to get organized:
Now, that's scaled up to the highest ... but the key is the four steps. One of the major problems on Hive is the lack of engagement. People expect an audience without building one first, and without being consistent in presence not just as someone needing to be seen and voted on, but as someone who supports other members of the community. This is a way to remedy those problems, and also settle into consistent posting habits. It does not matter if someone chooses to work in just one community -- it is the reading and engagement that helps the content creator learn what a quality post looks like, make connections, and thus have his or her posts do better in the long run.
Hope this helps!
