Conclusion
It seems that the Gold/Dragon has an advantage in every league. The Black/Death splinter has an advantage in the lower Novice, Bronze, Silver and Gold league. The Green/Earth splinter is the weakest splinter and has the lowest win ration in all leagues.
Can you strip out one-card deliberate-loss teams? I think that's probably skewing Green quite a lot. Level 3 Flesh Golem might be the most powerful card in Bronze, so I'm pretty sure those winrates aren't accurate for real play.

I fetched every battle from the blockchain and did an Api call for the results.
