More statistics about the ongoing steemmonster ranked play

I added several statistics about the played steemmonster matches.

ELO Rating of all 34032 played decks

On https://beempy.com/static/sm_decks_ranking_all.html, the top 1000 decks are shown.
The ranking is a ELO rating number, which is calculated by:

where
R_A is the rating of deck A, R_B is the rating of deck B, k is set to 40 and S_A is 1 when deck A won, 0 when deck B won or 0.5 when there is a draw.

I also show the top deck rating for each mana cap and ruleset:
