Applause please, for this line alone. I won't be watching it, there's simply too much of it. But it is a joy to know how every "past" TV show is a portrait of that time period.
Sensibilities and culture change, but the references that are present in our literature, movies and tv, are fixed in that moment, and are history lessons in their own right.
I really wanted to just come here and insist that the best medical drama ever is actually the show Check it Out With Dr Steve Brule, but it is a different type of drama, a different type of horror and comedy, and involves him not really doing doctor things at all.
