15 minute tabata workout in a circuit workout format with no equipment required. This can be done using body weight only as a home workout or in the gym.
The workout consists of 5 rounds (3 minutes each) with 6 exercises(20 seconds on 10 seconds rest).
alternative exercises
1 body weight squats or chair squats
2 body weight lunges or lunge with a chair as support
3 press ups with knees on floor hands on chair or wall
4 down to hands and knees then return to standing (instead of burpees)
5 hold high or low plank
6 crunches or leg raises (or 1 followed by the other)
