The name Seblak comes from West Java. Seblak food is classified as a new food and is well know not only in West Java, but also well know outside West Java.
Seblak food contains a lot of protein,the seasoning used spices that are widely grow in Indonesia. This food popular,with young people,because the taste of Seblak is not only delicious but also spicy seblak food is to easy to find on the street usually by using a cart.
I will try to make seblak at home and not much to make just two servings.
The matterials needed are follows
- 60 grams crackers
- 2 mustard leaves thinly cut
- Egg beaten
- Cecim leaves thinly
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon flavoring
- 3 pieces of beef sausage.
