I was a hands on mom for the first few months that my baby girl was born. I'm thankful for that as I got to experience many of her firsts. I enjoyed documenting all these moments that to this day I have kept her first years of photos on a few albums at home. Since I've been working on a declutter and refurbish project around our tiny flat, these albums have now been given their special place.
I found it fascinating when I first heard my baby talk to me. Of course, these were merely sounds that didn't seem to mean anything. She was like mimicking my speech and was enjoying the process. I said so because she would giggle every time.
Time flies by too fast. It's such a joy watching my baby grow up. She's now 24, and we continue to spend time together. These mom-and-daughter-bonding moments are some of the best memories of my lifetime.

My eldest son just turned 23, so we really are on the same stage of the journey. I don't get to see my sons right now, so appreciate every moment you have with your daughter - they pass too quickly.
True. Children grow up too quickly. I'm happy my daughter still enjoys my company so I'm making the most of our time together. 😊😊
