Now, it's time to see the actual short videos we took while we were there. August in the Philippines is typhoon season, so we took a chance at booking this one. My daughter's main reason was she gets a three-day weekend from holidays. It's a win-win situation, as she doesn't need to take an extra vacation leave.
It was raining cats and dogs in the metro when we rode the bus to Batangas. It was a little more than three hours of travel time. We got to Stilts Calatagan around almost three in the afternoon. We wanted to book the sand bar tours. but the inclement weather got in the way. For the second time, we missed seeing sand bars. Boohoo!
