A chicken breast
One kilo of rice
Chicken broth
Two cups of chopped carrots
One cup of chopped onions
Fresh parsley for decoration

A spoonful of paprika

Hervir la pechuga en agua con sal y pimienta, yo utilicé esta agua para la receta para la cual necesitas 11 tazas de caldo de pollo, cuando el pollo esté listo lo dejamos enfriar y desmenuzamos toda la pechuga y reservamos , llevamos al fuego las zanahorias cebolla curry paprika ajo y aceite cocinamos por aproximadamente 5minutos y le añadimos el arroz seguido del pollo, movemos todo y agregamos once tazas de caldo de pollo corregimos la sal y dejamos que se cocine solo hasta que este casi seco, cuando el arroz esté seco tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 10minutos, decoramos con perejil fresco finamente picado, esta receta rinde para 15 porciones y puedes acompañar con pan tostado, es un delicioso arroz suelto y suave con un agradable sabor y aroma, espero haya sido de tu agrado esta receta y podamos seguir compartiendo juntos este espacio interesante en mi cocina
