Some days we win and some days we lose. And then there are days we get busy and forget our goals.
Yesterday was a day where I went out with my friends and had a big dinner.
We ate chicken and tandoori roti and fried stuff.
I know I shouldn't be eating all these things but once in a while it is okay to go out and eat a big meal.
I am trying to limit my big meals to one big meal a week so that I keep my cravings under control.
Anyways, it was a good day.
