My suggestion to this pob community and to pob core team to @onealfa.pob @proofofbrainio @scholaris.pob @leprechaun and other core teams.
My suggestion is that in order for people not to relent in engagement,there should be reward to people who engagement in this community.But the reward should not be liquid pob or upvoting because of panicsellers but the reward should be delegation.
So with the delegation reward,they will also reward other people and the number of rewards will also increase and new members will be attracted.
This is fine. I think this needs to be look into. Another way i think it can also work is to divide the pob earn into stake and liquid just like sport, stem and weed etc.

And the pob used to promote post is burned which means the circulating supply of pob will start reducing.

I wrote a post about the effect of @amr008 action of not rewarding comments anymore because of panicsellers.
The stopping of engagement program of @amr008 will increase the number ofpob stakers in which will give pob token a great value.
Even though am also affected with the ending of engagement program, I am so delighted because the numbers of panicsellers will reduce and fake members of this community (people who joined to earn free money) will reduce and will remain real member who wants and support thedevelopment of this pob community and who are willing to buy and stake more pob.

Engagement is the most important part of a social media platform. It social Media platform without engagement will later be dumped by people.
The effect of @amr008.pob ending the engagement program will reduce the number of engagement in proof of brain and the reason why proof of brain is so special among other community in this hive blockchain is because of engagement.
I hope we should find a quick solution to this because people will not want to access this community anymore and if there is no more engagement in this community it might be worse.

Why do you care about value so much?
To have value we must first build the community name and popularity by engagement.
Even though it has value now,it might get dumped later if there is no enough community to buy and community can be built through engagement.

I don't think that should happen even though it has two effect to hive community but they the reward should be reduced but not to be stopped.
The negative effect of the end of engagement program is that new members won't be attracted except they have money to invest in it and pob needs to circulate to make the community to be strong and to avoid rugpull.

It will affect alot people or make some people to discourage to engage in the community, because even when @amr008.pob have not end this some people have been complaining about low reward.
But in another way the people who know what they are doing and know the value of the community will continue to engage.
Because this community is not base on the reward alone, but to develop the community and improve in knowledge and experience about crypto currency and others.
For Those people that are complaining that the reward is too low, those people should go and stake pob.

There are great support initiatives still going on from new comers and for interesting quality posts. I like getting upvotes from amr008 but we have to move on.

The other Advantage I see in stopping of @amr008 engagement program is that
There will be a high levels of Creativity in this community
People will want to earn more pob and the most valid way to earn pob is to create the most quality and unique content that will attract rewarders to reward your content highly.Your content must be more unique than others in order to receive an upvote.
Not only content but there will also want to participate in any contest post with a reward in this community which will make people want to stake thier pob in order for them to reward in contest.

the rate at which some people focus on commenting rather than creating a post of theirs during @amr008.pob engagement program is much and so many people are not ready to create a post of theirs rather than comment and get reward.

The truth is that @amr008.pob has really done a great job to be rewarding comment just to ensure that everyone participate in the community which for me i must commend him for the fantastic work.
His effort has highly make pob to be more circulated and increase the quantity of pob supplied.
Now the effect.
The effect is that when a product it available in excess the value of such product may go down because of the quantities and as such more quantity will be commanded with fewer value.
Now that the production of such product is not in excess like before the value of such product will go up. Personally i won't be surprise that pob to hive goes up to 50% of hive.

Let me start with advantage
The advantage of ending of engagement program is that there won't be enough pob to sell to get free money anymore in and that will increase pob token value.
It's disadvantage
Earning won't be easy and that will decrease the engagement of members in this community.
My question is that how can this community increase the number of engagement without @amr008.pob engagement program and I would like it to be treated as a #topic in pob street.
The truth is that engagement will reduce now that @amr008.pob that normally encourage people to comment and get engage is not available. But i think others are still there to do that just they are not committed to this just like @amr008.pob.

I will like to see posts that talk about some of the frontend futures and how to best make use of them.
A post that will talk about stuffs like, resources credit, vote weight multiplier and other which I can't lay my thoughts on right now.
This will further guide newbies to find there ways around.
I'm not making such post presently because I still know little about them, and it will be nice to any of the old buddy here talks about it.
Or if any such post has been created before I will really like a recommendations.

Have you tried https://www.proofofbrain.blog/ front end? That's a good place for POB. I get things done a little faster there. For Hive there are endless front ends.

I think this will make people to be more serious about good content creations, in other to earn a reward. So, one of the purpose of #proofofbrain is achieve.
However on the other side, engagement might be comes low in the community, most especially on the part of the newbies, new members might not even find hive that interesting to join because it will become hard to get rewards like it use to be.

It was actually a shocker when I got to see that too,but of all I still want to say that the engagement issue or rewards so to say is one of the things that as make more users active in the community and let me be honest by saying this,not all users get upvoted when they even do good content or right up as you might whish to call it,but they all get rewarded via the engagement issue and it will be so sad if as a result of an end to the engagement the community too experience a less activities in the community.

No doubt about the fact that @amr008.pob stopping his engagement reward that he normally allocate to people will affect them. But i think people need to be creative to earn Pob
actually there is no doubt about that but partially indirectly affect the hive and pob, because the proportionality of him come to end on pob is like calculus in nature where two variable are declare as differentiation and integration as him leaving which is the differentiation and definitely someone will come up as integration.
