Happy Friday!
Many people are asking me how can I do 1-hour yoga?! Super easy! I combine relaxation and energy yoga practices and I add meditation too. For me, it is the perfect combination. Also, I am doing #squatchallenge now. So yoga helps to stretch muscles, etc.
Today I meet my friend. We work on one project together. I really love when business meetings are meetings with friends!
