You would think after the 2nd or 3rd theft in the same place they would set out a trap to catch the culprits, well, if there was anyone left in authority that cared about the people.
That is so sad.
Unfortunately, in due time, the entire world may be the same way. There is a background movement to destroy every decent thing that exists. I can't tell exactly who is in charge of it, but I can see it happening.
Yes there is something happening behind the scenes destroying the culture as we know it. Things will swing soon because this cannot continue at the pace this is changing. You would think they would have a plan to secure the infrastructure like killing those involved and setting an example which will most likely be the only thing that works. We may be from a different generation holding different morals and discipline because this would not have happened 30 years ago.
