We boarded at 5.00pm on 2nd Feb.
Dinner on board.
Started with a thick bowl of Mushroom Soup with dinner roll, & butter.
Selected Broccoli with Abalone and Chinese Black Mushroom .
The chef at the grilled table recommended some Caramelized Apple, roasted potatoes and roasted whole small onion. They were delicious.

This is the Salad Bar with offering all different selections to meet everyone's desire. Lots of choices and lots of sauces as well.
The mushroom soup was so good that i went for second helping. This time i took some salad and mixed lobster meat with prawns as well. They are cold with special salad creamy sauce ( next to the bowl on the photo).
Their french bread is crispy on the outside yet soft and fresh inside. Noticed i took one piece and ate with the second bowl of mushroom soup.
I decided to try a couple of prawns, mussel, pan fried fish, roast pork and more caramelized apple and roasted potatoes and carrots.
This is their round table desserts area. I did not opt for any cakes but did try a couple of watermelon, rock melon, pineapples and honey dew.
A cup of coffee to end the heavy dinner. Self service normal local Singapore coffee, nothing special.
Going to try my luck at the Casino before going to bed.
