Cinco fueron los juegos de visitante que disputó Navegantes del Magallanes desde aquel jueves, 10 de noviembre, donde cayó en casa ante los Bravos y en solo uno de ellos pudo mantener a raya a la ofensiva rival, no permitiendo que esta consiguiera el doble dígito en imparables conectados.Toda esta circunstancia llevó a que en casi una semana transcurrida, los filibusteros solo pudieran conseguir una victoria.

¿Por qué mi énfasis respecto a esto?, porque de verdad estamos viendo una mejora en cuanto al nivel competitivo de la liga y tanto Magallanes como los Tigres juegan con desventaja, debido a que tampoco pueden contratar a los dos importados más que el resto para así tratar de nivelar un poco la competencia, esto esperando la aprobación de la licencia.
Los de Valencia se ven claramentes afectados en el bullpen, al no contar con un coach, ya que aún esperan por la aprobación de dicho permiso para que el venezolano Darwin Marrero tome las riendas. Pero bueno, rumores van y rumores vienen sobre el día en el cual habrá una respuesta así que hagamos el repaso acostumbrado sobre los últimos enfrentamientos de la Nave:

Navegantes del Magallanes y Bravos de Margarita disputaron dos juegos en la jornada sabatina, en el primero el triunfo fue para los bucaneros (8-2), mientras que en el segundo ganaron los insulares con arepas incluidas (0-6).
Aunque esta serie de tres juegos del fin de semana ante los Bravos se disputó en el estadio José Bernardo Pérez de Valencia (casa de los eléctricos), los locales fueron los isleños, que por razones extradeportivas no han podido volver a Porlamar.
Las características del primer juego fue que era un duelo cerrado donde los abridores y el relevo de ambos conjuntos hacían muy bien su labor, hasta que en el sexto inning la toletería del equipo del Cabriales logró hilvanar cinco anotaciones para sacar la ventaja necesaria que les permitió afrontar el epílogo del compromiso con mayor tranquilidad.
En el segundo enfrentamiento, los locales lograron acertar un contundente golpe al anotar cinco carreras en ese primer episodio, situación que ayudó a que los jugadores mostraran poco intención de reacción ante unos lanzadores que marginaron a la Nave a solo conectar dos indiscutibles.

El choque del domingo finalizó con victoria para los Bravos de Margarita (3-8) sobre los Navegantes del Magallanes, dejando la serie particular a favor de los insulares con tres victorias y dos derrotas.
En el transcurrir de la contienda se notó el dominio del abridor filibustero Ricardo Sánchez, que a pesar de permitir dos carreras en el primer inning hizo lo ajustes para pitchar cinco entradas más sin dejar que entrara otra carrera.
Apoyados en esta gran labor del abridor los visitantes lograron empatar, sin embargo, el rumbo de la contienda cambió de forma repentina, tan inesperado fue que le dieran la bola a Félix Doubront que este no pudo sacar ningún out y permitió tres anotaciones, en esa misma entrada le dieron la responsabilidad a Eduardo Bazardo de parar a los Bravos, pero este solo pudo sacar un out y permitió otras tres carreras. Con esta debacle a solo dos innings de finalizar la contienda, las posibilidad de levantarse se redujeron y finalmente se terminó concretando la derrota.

En el primer duelo de la quinta semana del béisbol invernal de Venezuela, Los Navegantes del Magallanes no pudieron ante los Tiburones de La Guaira al perder (6-13) y cosechar su tercera derrota en fila.
El primer tercio del encuentro fue para la tropa magallanera, pero el abridor Erick Leal no pudo mantener a raya a los escualos en el cuarto y quinto episodio, permitiendo cuatro anotaciones y dejando a su equipo en desventaja 3-4, pero el verdadero terror llegaría un inning más tarde, cuando ni Nivaldo Rodríguez, José Martínez y tampoco José Ascanio pudieron retirar a los bateadores que enfrentaron, solo Jesús Fandiño que fue traído a la loma cuando ya el daño de nueve anotaciones estaba consumado, pudo retirar los outs faltantes.

La misión es clara, ganar para sacarse la espina y afrontar la gira con al menos un juego de ventaja sobre el rival de turno.
