When Christ died on the Cross He bore in His body all our sins, therefore when we came to Him our sins end, in a spiritual sense we die to sin and sin is the cause of all sicknesses, so by bearing our sins I also bear our sicknesses. In Christ we not only find forgiveness for our sins, we also find relief from our sicknesses.
