干煸四季豆

这个天，确实像初冬，又不大冷，
但初秋的衣服穿上又冷
这个天没太阳不说，昨天看公司远处，
发现还有“雾”，我觉得不是雾，那是霾，
在成都来说这样的天气见怪不怪
只是这样的天气这样的霾似乎来得有点早

昨天晚上能干，弄了个干煸四季豆，白水煮冬瓜
这冬瓜有点奇特了，糯的，
反正我是头一次吃，说的品种是米冬瓜，
不过和我平时买的米冬瓜口感不一样
白水煮冬瓜，主要是混着沾水吃，
这样搭配特别清爽，不油腻

四季豆特别嫩，在摘四季豆的时候嫩得都没有茎
四季豆我喜欢干煸，干煸比较香
配料主要就是干辣椒，生姜，大蒜，花椒完事
