Tring to have a balance diet is something we should work towards, most times we fault it but having fruits and vegetables help alot.

It is said that breakfast is the most important food of the day but in my case I'm trying to adapt to that principle and have changed mine to lunch as being the most important food of the day. I know some persons who don't eat breakfast but anytime they do, they don't look smart that morning.

Lets talk about irregular before we go over to the usual or regular diet, who would see this ice cream goodness and won't want to have a taste. For me, I don't want to have a taste but the full glass along side with a burger. I call it irregular because I don't take it always even though its one of my favorites.

There is no wrong time to have a slice of pizza with a glass of yogurt or juice at the side, it is not considered as a regular meal here, but its accepted by folks who have had a taste of it. This is just two examples of my irregular food, and over to the regular or usual diet.

Rice and stew is classified as one of my usual diet which is categorized under carbohydrate, most time in a week, I take this meal three times or more depending on where I find myself in most cases.

This is in the category of protein, the combination of beans and plantain is one of my favorites food. I take this at least once in a week and I love it more when I prepare it myself.

Tea and bread is counted as first in my usual meal because I don't really have a time table for it, I can take it at any time of the day. Most especially tea, I'm a tea person so I don't have a specific time for tea.

Just as I take all this food which are rich in either carbohydrate, protein, iron or the likes of it, I make sure to take fruits always to balance it up. I love food and trying out new recipe but I don't eat much, I guess that's why I'm not plumpy.
