You may have noticed that this year we came across this genus of fungi many times; I don't know if it's because the weather this year was rainy and kept the soil moist, making it thrive more easily. The truth is, they're not the kind of species you'd want to see on your tree branches, because it means something isn't quite right; These are known to be "decomposing" the wood.

This ¨mushroom¨: like the previous one, they are "decomposers" of those that develop in climates like ours, That is, "tropical" or "subtropical"; judging by their appearance, you've probably already noticed they're not for cooking, but these mushrooms are highly sought after for their medicinal properties and varied uses. They are truly beautiful, with a very distinctive shape and vibrant color that makes them impossible to miss.

If there is a controversial "genus":of fungus, it is this one, since it has many species, some of which are edible and others not, and because of their great similarity It is very easy to confuse their identification, which can make their consumption dangerous; Therefore, it is always advisable not to consume mushrooms of this type if you are not absolutely certain of their species.

This week we were walking through the reserve, and since I never leave home without our camera, upon seeing these beautiful mushrooms I couldn't pass up the opportunity to Photograph them; I know many of you will love the species we've found.

Muchas gracias, querida amiga @avdesing.
Que tengas una hermosa tarde
Yo espero a verlas... a veces aparecen algunas y otras no. Si, es verdad tardan bastante. Sólo uso PeakD, no se el resto.
