I am almost from the beginning, I got on this train to fulfill my dreams of living independently, or rather, from the ¨compensations¨ of our company; These years of permanence allowed me to see many modifications, the different forks have had their peculiarities; I remember one of them very well, because we received no compensation for almost thirty days; This situation caused many people to leave the train, leaving only those of us who had hope and confidence in our company.
There I knew that I was not here only for the money, this discovery led me to a deep analysis, the conclusion of which was People! I am here because of the human quality that our company houses, they are what motivate every day, especially when my post does not receive compensation, although I love people very much, I have to face the expenses of my home.
The compensations I receive are my greatest source of income, if this is missing, I should rethink my way of living, that does not mean that I would stop publishing, what I say is that I must look for another alternative to earn money.
I came here with a group of friends who were looking to earn a lot of money, at that time there were posts that generated compensation for a dollar value of u $ s 18,000, if you read correctly, eighteen thousand dollars for a publication. Unfortunately I was never that lucky, my first dollar was earned after several months of being here.

This value should not be related to the commenter's ¨hive¨ ¨power¨, but to a level of commitment they have in the company; Comments should be limited to about 10 per day, with a maximum value of US $ 1.
This system will not only serve to improve the compensation to good authors, who are being seen or supported by the curation teams, in turn increase the level of commitment of our company.

¡Hola amigo! siempre es un placer pasar por tu blog. Recuerdo haber leído una vez tu historia de lo duro que fue para ti lograr ganar recompensas, tuviste que luchar fuertemente y nunca te rendiste. En mi caso pasaron más de dos años para que finalmente steemit/hive me permitiera comprar más que unos helados y gracias a Dios que fue así porque para mí también se volvió en parte de mi presupuesto familiar. Si nos hubiéramos rendido, no estaríamos disfrutando ahora de este beneficio. Pero creo que lo más importante es que siempre estuvimos trabajando con la fe de que podríamos lograrlo, por mi parte JAMÁS me puse a compararme con nadie, ni cuestionar que yo mereciera las recompensas más que otro, es algo que no es sano. Cada curador tiene sus criterios y además su capacidad de voto, por fortuna los hay para distintos tipos de contenidos, que nos da la oportunidad a todos de publicar acerca de lo que nos gusta con la posibilidad de ser recompensados y como dices, también juega el factor suerte, que como en toda lotería, mientras más lo intentas, más posibilidades tienes de ganar, pero en este caso, tienes que superarte a ti mismo cada vez, para que cuando te vea alguien que tenga la posibilidad de darte ese voto que tanto esperas, estés en condiciones de recibirlo. Como en toda comunidad y como en la vida misma, la buena energía y la buena actitud es importante.
