Hello there guys, in this video I talk about how people unknowingly create a gap between themselves and their immediate environment in the process of fighting stress.
It I very possible for every human to master what we think it's possible and even everything that we have seen people once did. Mastering pain is a key to overcome and bounce back after encountering a serious challenges. It surely not an easy thing to do. But we must know that sticking and attaching ourselves with past events of challenges and troubles, instead of seeking the way forward will do us good.
