You are lucky enough to see your family once a week and treat them with a good food. As i am working far from my family sometimes i can only see them once a month just for one or two days

We are similar to my mother who is working abroad and we only see each other maybe a month in roughly 2 to 3 years. I'm lucky enough to have an understanding wife that she always supports me and I also gave time to them if I have free time.
