前几天在食阁吃了一碗$6的擂茶。边吃边上网搜索擂茶的来源，然后找到了这篇文章.
文章中提到擂茶是客家人日常生活中的主食之一，最具代表性的一种美味。其实我从小就吃外婆的擂茶长大，传统的客家擂茶饭，配菜包括长豆、菜心、四角豆、花生、包菜等，再加上江鱼仔、虾米、菜脯等。还有最主要的是那擂茶汤，茶叶和香草煮出一种甘苦刺薄荷冰凉的味道。我的吃法是把半碗汤倒进饭中搅拌，吃泡着茶汤的擂茶饭，然后再慢慢品尝剩下的擂茶汤。
新加坡和马来西亚的擂茶是“套餐”，而在中国大陆与台湾的擂茶只是饮料。
这我就觉得奇怪了。对擂茶的认识一直都是如照片中的一样，有饭，有菜，有汤，一套完整的主食。文章里说中国大陆与台湾的擂茶只是饮料？？

I thought leicha was a hakka dish, or so my grandma told me before. I think it's been at least 10 years since I ate it. I still somehow remember a little of the taste. I haven't seen the green broth before tho!
