Food for family, cooked by my wife part 54, Stir fried spicy Seafood, Crispy fried Shishamo and Bua Loy (rice balls in coconut cream).

Hello everyone. This post is about a food my wife cooked again. The foods for this post was cooked by my wife several days ago. The first menu is Stir fried spicy Seafood or Sizzling Stir-fried Seafood. And the second menu is Crispy Fried Shishamo. She harvests some vegetables in the home garden to cook Stir fried spicy Seafood. Basil, kaffir lime leaves and green brinjals are the vegetables she harvests.

Ingredients for Stir fried spicy Seafood.

  1. basil
  2. kaffir lime leaves
  3. green brinjal
  4. shrimp
  5. squid
  6. long beans
  7. chili pepper
  8. dried chili
  9. garlic
  10. black pepper
  11. fingerroot

Step 1 Boil the prawns and squid until cooked and put in a container.

Step 2 Pound chili peppers, dried chilies and garlic until pulpy and put in a container.

Step 3 Put chili peppers and garlic (pounded until pulpy) in a pan and stir-fry until all cooked and fragrant.

Step 4 Put basil, kaffir lime leaves, green brinjal, long beans and fingerroot in the pan. And stir-fry with chili and garlic that pounded until pulpy until all vegetables are almost cooked.

Step 5 Put the little water in the pan and put the boiled prawns and squids in the pan, Then stir-fry shrimp and squid until shrimp and squid are mixed with all ingredients in the pan for a while until hot. Season with black pepper and turn off gas stove.

Done Stir fried spicy Seafood.

Menu 2 Crispy Fried Shishamo. The ingredients are crispy flour and shishamo. My wife just mix shishamo with crispy flour and fried it in a pan until it's cooked.

These are the 2 menus my wife cooked. We eat it with hot rice for more deliciousness.

That day my wife cooked a Thai dessert called Bua Loy (rice balls in coconut cream) too. Take a look, bua loy that my wife cooks.

Seems like so easy to follow which I like most but haven't tried the second menu the bua loy rice. How does bua loy rice taste like? I want to have some! 😄
