My name's Chris but on the internet i go by KrisPNatz (its a not-really-that-long story) and I'm excited to become part of this community!
The two main things I "do" are make YouTube videos and dance.
I've been making videos on YouTube for about 3 years now.
My videos cover any range of topics mostly centering around anime & comics (and associated movies and tv shows) but i tend to branch out to random topics here and there as well. All in all i TRY to be funny, i mean at least i make myself laugh...

As for the other love of my life: dance
I've been dancing for about 11 years, teaching/choreographing for 7. My primary stylistic focus is Hip Hop in its many forms and Dancehall but I also practice/have practiced a list of other styles such as Vogue Femme, House, Bhangra, Bollywood, Salsa and the list goes on.
The tongue is always out
I've danced on about 15 different groups/crews/companies in my career, directing or holding a leadership/choreographic role on the majority of them.
I Am A Bajan (but not really)
Currently I Co-Direct my own group Mill Advised (a play on words of the phrase "ill advised") based in my hometown of Lowell, Massachusetts aka Mill City.

I have a bachelor's degree in communications that I received in 2014 but unfortunately over the course of the past 3 years I've made little progress in furthering a Marketing career i intended to pursue after college so I've been pursuing alternative entrepreneurial careers over the course of the past year such as YouTube, Dance and now Steemit. I'm not so naive that i believe Steemit will get me filthy rich overnight like most things in life itll take time, dedication and hard work but as a platform geared to reward creators for their content it excites me to join an ambitious, like minded community of creators!

Other than thaaaaat I'm a comic (primarily read DC (Rebirth) but I'm following some Marvel titles) and anime enthusiast (as if my YouTube channel didnt make that clear) and have posted my own personal theories and opinions on various mediums before but I'd like to centralize that on a single platform and i figure that'll be ONE of the things I'll be sharing here.
I have some VEDDY VEDDY interesting personal projects in the works that combine several of my passions and skills that I'm excited to present in the near future in a new environment away from the same communities im used to just to hear fresh perspectives.

In addition to being a residential security expert, I'm also a private investigator. People watching is a passion of mine. One of the things I do is look through intro posts for new accounts that show promise. Yours does!
There are a ton of other webpages to help you with Steemit. Here are some of the best for beginners:
https://steemd.com/ (This site is used to keep track of your voting power and other stats. You do not want to run out of voting power, and you only get so much per day. I keep my voting power around 80% for example.)
https://steem.makerwannabe.com/ (This site will tell you who follows you, who unfollows you, and who mutes you. It is great for meeting new people too. I regularly check it to see who has followed me to see if I should follow them back.)
https://steemit.chat/ (This site is the official chat webpage for Steemit. There are Discord channels too, but I usually stick to the official site. Come in to network and meet new friends. You can directly message people there too, so it makes it easier to communicate with your closest friends.)
Oh yeah, there are a lot of bots on here. If you see a cookie cutter reply, especially to your intro post, it is almost certainly a bot. Check the account's reputation. If it is low, I would recommend just ignoring them. Everything is public on Steemit, so you can go look at an account's comments and replies. Are they all the same? It's a bot.
Adding photos to your account as a new Steemian may be confusing at first too. The easiest way it to click to "Submit a Story." Once in there, use the built in Steemit tool to upload an image from your computer. Below the posting window, you will see "Insert images by dragging & dropping, pasting from the clipboard, or by selecting them." Click on the blue text. Once the image is uploaded, you can copy and paste the link into your account settings.
