Gethuk is cassava cake made with sugar , coconut and cheese.
Inggredients
1kg cassava
2 50 gr of cheese
1 grated coconut
2 sugar
3 coconut sugar
3 spoon tapioca
Steps
Steam cassava and make a dough
Add sugar, grated coconut
Make it into small round
Add water to tapioca stirr
roll the small round dough in tapioca liquid
Fry untill yellow or brown
Done
