Its the season of this golden, sweet and juicy fruit here in Nepal. There are many foods that can be prepared with this fruit, one of which is Milkshake: a perfect refreshing drink for summer. It is a cold drink made by blending mango ripe mangoes with milk and sugar. The best thing about preparing is that it just take a couple of minutes to prepare if you have every ingredients ready. Everyone have their own style of preparation and below I have explained how I make it in my own style.
Ingredients
- Fresh Mangoes
- Milk
- Sugar
- Ice Cubes
- Grated Coconut
- Grated Almond
- Grated Cashew
- Raisins
How To Prepare


- The first step would be keeping everything ready to prepare the shake. And the milk while making shake should be boiled one but cooled in refrigerator. If milk is not cold, then there's no taste to the shake at the end.

- Wash your mangoes, peel it and then chop it into small pieces leaving behind the seed. Then transfer that to your mixture. Pour some milk, then sugar and then ice cubes into the mixture. Turn your socket and stir it for sometimes.


- Now your milkshake is ready. In order to add more taste and nutrients, you can top it with grated coconut, almonds, cashews and raisins. You can even add flavored ice-cream to it. Best will be vanilla flavored ice cream. Perfect summer drink to quench your thirst.
