Good afternoon everyone!

"It's me again, a seagull of unknown breed. I don’t know if I’m a white bird or not. White birds here My paws-legs are bright red, wings are gray, a tail is brown, well, of course, I also have some white feathers. By the way, this is me in winter plumage, though there is no snow nearby."

You are a black-headed gull, or Chroicocephalus ridibundus. Only, in winter you have that black spot only, instead of the black head.
