Hola amigos de Hive.Blog. Aquí de nuevo con algo que mostrar. Es la realización de unos deliciosos Golfeados Venezolanos. Son unos panes dulces enrollados con papelón y queso llanero. Son una rica merienda.

Hello Hive.Blog friends. Here again with something to show. It is the realization of delicious Venezuelan Golfeados.They are sweet breads rolled with papelón and llanero cheese. They are a delicious snack.

Los Ingredientes son:
1 kilo de Harina de trigo
1 panela de papelón
1 taza de azúcar
2 huevos
1 cucharadita de canela
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de anís dulce
4 cucharadas de margarina
250 ml de agua o leche
30 gr de levadura

The ingredients are:
1 kilo of wheat flour
1 panela de papelón
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet anise
4 tablespoons margarine
250 ml of water or milk
30 gr yeast

Comenzamos con la activación de la levadura, en el agua o leche tibia colocamos la levadura, una cucharadita de azúcar y una cucharadita de harina. Tapamos y dejamos reposar por 15 minutos.

We begin with the activation of the yeast, in the warm water or milk we place the yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Colocamos en un tazón los demás ingredientes y mezclamos.

We put the other ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Luego colocamos la levadura y comenzamos a unir.

Then we put the yeast and begin to bind.

Cuando ya esté más compacta la pasamos al mesón a amasar por 10 minutos, hasta que este moldeable.

When it is more compact, we pass it to the counter to knead for 10 minutes, until it is moldable.

La colocamos con harina en el tazón y tapamos a reposar 1 hora.

We place it with flour in the bowl and cover it to rest for 1 hour.

Después de reposar la masa ha duplicado su tamaño.

After resting the dough has doubled in size.

Desgasificamos con la punta de los dedos y seguimos amasando 10 minutos más.

We degas with the tips of our fingers and continue kneading for 10 more minutes.

Ahora con el rodillo extendemos la masa haciendo un rectángulo con un grosor de 0.5 ml.

Now with the roller we spread the dough making a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5 ml.

Le untamos margarina

Colocamos la mitad del papelón rallado y el queso llanero.

We place half of the grated papelón and the llanero cheese.

Se comienza a enrollar poco a poco hasta formar un cilindro.

It begins to roll up little by little until it forms a cylinder.

Se corta de aproximadamente 5 centimetros y se coloca separado en el molde con margarina. Se tapa y reposan 1 hora.

It is cut about 5 centimeters and placed separately in the mold with margarine. Cover and rest 1 hour.

Mientras reposan colocamos 250 ml de agua a hervir con la otra mitad del papelón, creando un jarabe para darle humedad al golfeado.

While they rest we put 250 ml of water to boil with the other half of the paper, creating a syrup to give moisture to the golfeado.

Pasada la hora han crecido, gracias a la levadura.

After the hour they have grown, thanks to the yeast.

Colocamos a precalentar el horno, metemos durante 15 minutos. Luego le colocamos el papelón líquido, en cada golfeado para humedecer. Seguimos horneando por 30 minutos más.

We place to preheat the oven, we put for 15 minutes. Then we place the liquid paper, in each stroke to moisten. We continue baking for 30 more minutes.

Luego de sacarlo se humedecen con más papelón y se coloca queso rallado encima. Y listo a degustar este rico pan.

After removing it, they are moistened with more paper and grated cheese is placed on top. And ready to taste this delicious bread.

Delicioso, los golfeados son algo muy rico, pero no todos los saben preparar me he llevado unos cuantos chascos.

I've seen a lot of sumptuous meals being prepared on this platform and it appears that people from Venezuela have a lot of fabulous and sumptuous dishes that anyone would love to eat.

The process on this one was well detailed according to your post and I'm sure that anyone that wants to prepare it will find it easier while following the guidelines.

This looks and sounds delicious except I don't know what grated papelón is in English.

I can't wait to make it if you can tell me what is is though..lol...

It is a panela that is sweet made with sugar cane,it can be square or cone-shaped. It is grated or diluted in water. It is a sweetener. I hope and you can do it thanks
