Great to see you back @ammonite, even if it's occasionally. I hope your son is adapting well to life without his mum, though I'm sure it will take a very long time for a child to get over this lost.
It's a pity about the slow start to your workshop, and tbh pretty lame that the organiser didn't bother to turn up at the beginning, probably says something about how much effort he put in to promote the event 🤨
Actually, this would have been a perfect workshop for adults as well as kids. It's not that often you get to muck about with a world-famous, (and handsome) sand castle artist. 😀

Hi LivingukTaiwan, It's nice to be back and we are doing well. We have lots of fun and now that the spring is here, we get out for football and gardening again, which gives us more fun and energy. Clodagh is still a big part of our life and we talk with her every night. My son has been amazing with this big life change.
I always enjoy working with adults in the sand. When they are with their children, they are usually the ones to stick it out longer.
