While both this report, and her other posts-it would be easy to see her as mentally ill. Severely. (Or stupid).
Looking past the initial posts, maybe mentally illness is not the problem and it's something darker altogether...
Becca Lewis had been in the 'open society' claws for years, and is an ardent supporter of the left. She has been financially involved with the open societies foundations, in one way or another, for years.

The long term effects of mental illness.
The human brain can change.
Environmental factors can change the way the brain functions. Synapses are built, re routed, and made redundant, and environmental influences can shape that.
The mentally ill left, immersed in the culture of lies for years, is no different.
The very physiological makeup of the brain can be altered.
Can it be rerouted again? Yes (I think so).
I also think there is a 'terminal saturation' point. A point of change that is - for all intent and purposes - may be irreversible.
Where the time available to 'reverse the damage', is just not available any longer.

Looking as Rebecca Lewis, we can that she is (most probably), quite intelligent.
This being the case, there is no excuse not to see any illogical arguments, and confront them. Whats other options are left? Voluntary acquiescence...and thus corrupted...(and then goes on to produce the dross she is spewing out now, in her writing).
Willful blindness.
At some point in her history, she must have made the decision to follow, accept, and support illogical ideology - rather than follow logical inquiry. (on the assumption that her IQ is as it seems).
I'm not saying this insidious ideology was so obviously presented to her , and a choice given so starkly - and may well have been 'drip fed' into leftism.
But guess what?
If you have the relevant IQ, you don't have the excuse. You can't have it both ways...
So this leaves us with the position that she takes today.
For the money? I doubt it, but very possible.
For the ego? Very possibly. Insecurity is the feeding ground for the manipulative predators of the left.
At some point she made the decision, and now is either incredibly unhappy living the lie, (because by now she has invested years of lying on some level), and lacks the courage to now change 180 degrees, ideologically speaking.
The mentally ill left are noticeably absent of virtue, and courage is very good friends with virtue.
Is sociopathy, then , the only option for prolonged immersion in mental illness?
Is sociopathy the only survival mechanism available to you eventually, if you continue down the road of lies, deceit and manipulation?
I don't know.... but my hunch says that this is more than possible...
The price for not disengaging from delusions and choosing to look at life in real terms, may well be an extreme personality change in your future.
And not a pleasant or happy one.
....Both for the individual, and for the people around you who do care. (Care for you now, at least).
The survival response mechanism necessary through living years of living a lie, and wilful manipulation of others, may well mean HAVING to become a sociopath.
