Are you ready for a hot creamy chocolate to begin the week ? After all, it is 24/24 #bevhappyhour on STEEMIT, and the cool bartender @beverages is always available to offer you a drink that pleases you ;-)
In fact this chocolate is not mine, it is Emmeli's beverage, but let me tell you the story from the beginning...

En fait ce chocolat n'est pas le mien, c'est la boisson d'Emmeli, mais laissez-moi vous raconter l'histoire depuis le début ...

It was the first time I met Patrick, even if it is a long date internet friend, I wasn't with Barbara last time she met Patrick a few years ago, so Saturday was the first time we met in real

C'était la première fois que je rencontrais Patrick, même si c'est un ami de longue date sur Internet, je n'étais pas avec Barbara la dernière fois qu'elle a rencontré Patrick il y a quelques années, donc samedi était notre première rencontre en vrai =))
It was a happy and pleasant meeting indeed, Patrick was with his oldest daughter Emmeli, they were driving from La Plagne where they spent a week skiing, and they made a stop in Annecy on their way back to Luxembourg =))
C'était une réunion joyeuse et agréable, Patrick était avec sa fille aînée Emmeli, ils revenaient de La Plagne où ils ont passé une semaine à skier, et ils ont fait un arrêt à Annecy sur le chemin du retour au Luxembourg =))
So, to get back to the hot chocolate, it's the drink that Emmeli ordered because we were in a nice bistro in the old town of Annecy at breakfast time ;-)
Donc, pour en revenir au chocolat chaud, c'est la boisson qu'Emmeli a commandé car nous étions dans un petit bistrot fort sympathique de la vieille ville d'Annecy, à l'heure du petit-déjeuner
Barbara and I have been often on the terrace of this cafe on Sunday morning, to drink a coffee and enjoy the Sunday atmosphere of the picturesque market of the old town ... we even quite often photographed its front ...
However, we had never been inside, and so we discovered at the same time with our Steemians friends from Luxembourg the charms of this Belgian-inspired bistro
Barbara et moi nous étions souvent arrêtés sur la terrasse de ce café le dimanche matin, pour boire un café et profiter de l'ambiance dominicale du marché pittoresque de la vieille ville...nous avons même souvent photographié sa devanture...
Mais pour autant, nous n'avions jamais été à l'intérieur, et nous avons donc découvert en même temps que nos amis Steemians luxembourgeois les charmes de ce bistro d'inspiration belge
I make you discover the inside, because it is really worth a look, and if you come to Annecy and are in the old town, make sure to go to l'Estaminet, the establishment is charming and the owner really very friendly and helpful

Je vous en fait donc découvrir l'intérieur, car cela vaut vraiment le coup d'oeil, et si vous passez par Annecy et êtes dans la vieille ville, faites en sorte de vous rendre à l'Estaminet, l'établissement est charmant et le patron vraiment très sympathique et serviable
And if you cross the café from side to side, you will reach a small wooden outside terrace at the edge of the channel of Thiou, that you can enjoy when fine weather ...
Et si vous traversez le café de part en part, vous arriverez jusqu'à une petite terrasse exterieure en bois au bord du canal du Thiou où il est possible de s'attabler aux beaux jours...

What a wonderful place this little bistro was!
What luck it was, all the others we had a look at, had television running and as all of us don't like a television, disturbing the atmosphere of a good bistro, we chose to enter the "Estaminet". It was the best choice we could have made, as your post, dear Signore Luigi, testifies.
Thank you for this wonderful post, my friend! I'm so glad, we finally could meet in your wonderful city! :)
I'm also very glad of our choice, did you notice how everything was perfect, from the decoration, through the kindness of the owner, without mentionning the perfect time when the bistro was empty and like reserved for us to enjoy and take photos..? LoL That's sweet life when we take it easy with the best company, despite the grey rainy weather.. ;-)
