Hola hola mi comunidad de hive, bendecido inicio de semana para todos, continuo con la ronda de preguntas de nuestra comunidad @BloggingChallenge, esta pregunta me llama mucho la atención y me llena de tantos recuerdos, para los que no han leído mi presentación , les comento que soy contador público una carrera que me ha traído grandes satisfacciones a nivel personal y profesional , pues gracias a ella primeramente conocí al hombre quien hoy en día es mi amado esposo (era mi compañero de clases) y me ha proporcionado grandes amistades por las cuales me han brindado oportunidades que dentro de mi juventud he aprovechado lo mejor que he podido, desde que tenía aproximadamente 14 años recuerdo que mi mamá siempre se movilizada en las instituciones bancarias y demás entes encargados para poder solicitar un crédito de vivienda y como cosa rara en mi país Venezuela da la impresión que para realizar un tramité o como en nuestro caso solicitar un crédito para adquirir una vivienda debías tener un contacto y alguien que te apoyara con la recopilación de los documentos que debías consignar
Hello hello my hive community, blessed start of the week for everyone, I continue with the round of questions from our community @BloggingChallenge, this question calls my attention and fills me with so many memories, for those who have not read my presentation, I comment that I am a public accountant a career that has brought me great satisfaction on a personal and professional level, Thanks to it, I met the man who is now my beloved husband (he was my classmate) and it has provided me with great friendships that have given me opportunities in my youth that I have taken advantage of to the best of my ability, Since I was about 14 years old I remember that my mother always mobilized in the banking institutions and other entities in charge to apply for a housing loan and as a rare thing in my country Venezuela gives the impression that to make a transaction or as in our case to apply for a loan to purchase a home you had to have a contact and someone to support you with the collection of documents that you.
Un buen día dentro de los requisitos que nos exigían en el banco, se encontraba ir hacia un Contador público para nos realizara una certificación de ingresos y un balance general, mi impresión al entrar a esa oficina fue tan inmensa, la forma tan profesional de expresarse del Contador, su manera tan explícita de decir las cosas, causaron en mi una admiración tan grande, que lo primero que paso por mi mente fue que yo iba ser contador público para poder comprar la casa que mi mamá tanto añoraba y que lastimosamente no pudimos adquirir en ese entonces
One day one of the requirements that the bank demanded from us, was to go to a public accountant to get a certification of income and a balance sheet, my impression when I entered that office was so immense, the professional way of expressing the accountant, his explicit way of saying things, caused in me such a great admiration, that the first thing that went through my mind was that I was going to be a public accountant to buy the house that my mother longed so much and that unfortunately we could not acquire at the time.
Pasaron los años yo logré graduarme y un profesor de la universidad me dio la oportunidad de realizar mis pasantías en un banco reconocido de Venezuela, mi corazón sentía tanto agradecimiento por que unos de mis sueños siempre fue trabajar en una entidad bancaria, considerando que mis objetivos siempre los he tenido claro, luego de 6 meses de culminar mis pasantías recibí la llamada que tanto esperaba y la emoción era tanta que luego de cortar me invadió el sentimentalismo pues era algo que deseaba mucho, Actualmente tengo 6 años en ese banco, he vivido grandes experiencias he crecido mucho como persona y como profesional, he tenido jefes maravillosos que me han apoyado en la prosecución de mis objetivos y también he aprendido de mis errores, luego de 4 años de dedicación y esfuerzo , un día me entregan una responsabilidad que honestamente no me esperaba y me sorprendió mucho, me dieron la coordinación de créditos hipotecarios y mi asombró era tal que lo primero que recordé fue que años atrás yo viví en carne propia lo que se sentía que un funcionario no te diera los parámetros claros para poder optar por un crédito de este tipo, lo recuerdo con mucha tristeza, en esa área aprendí a desenvolverme con el apoyo de excelentes compañeros y siempre que pude ser partícipe de un proyecto para apoyar a familias que no tenían hogar, me hace pensar que este es el trabajo de mis sueños pues la satisfacción que se siente ayudar a los demás es tan grande que no tiene precio
Years went by and I managed to graduate and a university professor gave me the opportunity to do my internship in a recognized bank in Venezuela, my heart felt so grateful because one of my dreams was always to work in a banking institution, considering that my goals have always been clear to me, After 6 months of finishing my internship I received the call that I was waiting for and the emotion was so much that after cutting the call I was overcome with sentimentality because it was something I wanted very much, I currently have 6 years in that bank, I have lived great experiences I have grown a lot as a person and as a professional, I have had wonderful bosses who have supported me in the pursuit of my goals and I have also learned from my mistakes, After 4 years of dedication and effort, one day they gave me a responsibility that I honestly did not expect and I was very surprised, they gave me the coordination of mortgage loans and my astonishment was such that the first thing I remembered was that years ago I experienced firsthand what it felt like when an official did not give you the clear parameters to qualify for a loan of this type, I remember it with great sadness, in that area I learned to manage with the support of excellent colleagues and whenever I could be part of a project to support families who had no home, it makes me think that this is the job of my dreams because the satisfaction you feel helping others is so great that it is priceless.
Luego mi momento llegó y pude comprar mi apartamento, sentí tantas emociones juntas (Alegría, agradecimiento, nostalgia por los recuerdos) me sentí realizada, e infinitamente agradecida, entendí que las salidas tardes y el trabajo duro trae sus recompensas y aunque el sueldo en esa institución al igual que en muchas empresas de Venezuela no alcanza para cubrir las necesidades básicas, el hecho de que nos hayan premiado por el esfuerzo y la constancia me hace sentir mucho orgullo y sentido de pertenencia, pues gracias al esmero del colectivo la institución ha logrado posicionarse entre los mejores banco del país
Then my moment arrived and I was able to buy my apartment, I felt so many emotions together (joy, gratitude, nostalgia for the memories) I felt fulfilled, and infinitely grateful, I understood that the late departures and hard work brings its rewards and although the salary in that institution as in many companies in Venezuela is not enough to cover basic needs, the fact that we have been rewarded for the effort and perseverance makes me feel very proud and sense of belonging, because thanks to the dedication of the collective the institution has managed to position itself among the best banks in the country.
Actualmente continuo allí, con fe de que las cosas van a mejorar para todos y aunque por efecto pandemia voy solo 1 o 2 días por semana sigo en pie… y así no dure para siempre porque el ser un humano está en un constante avance y crecimiento y esto incluye cambiar de proyectos y metas, puedo decir que me doy por satisfecha, agradecida por la oportunidad de utilizar mis conocimientos para ayudar a personas que así como yo, en un momento de sus vidas les negaron la oportunidad de cumplir uno de sus grandes sueños (su casa propia)
Currently I am still there, with faith that things are going to get better for everyone and although due to the pandemic effect I only go 1 or 2 days a week I am still standing... and even if it does not last forever because being a human being is in constant progress and growth and this includes changing projects and goals, I can say that I am satisfied, grateful for the opportunity to use my knowledge to help people like me, who at one point in their lives were denied the opportunity to fulfill one of their great dreams (their own home).
Mi consejo es que luchen por sus sueños, porque cuando le ponemos todo el corazón a nuestras metas por muy inalcanzables que parezcan se cumplen
My advice is to fight for your dreams, because when we put all our heart into our goals, no matter how unattainable they may seem, they will come true.
