Hello creative minds at Hive, if you are committed to children's education and as we already know due to the pandemic children have classes from home, at least in Venezuela, I present this tutorial on how to make a beautiful little whale, with egg cartons and thus recycle as a family.

With one of the cardboard cups we make the body of the whale and make a cross cut in the upper part.

We make the whale's water-steam spout with the strips of recycled white paper and with the light blue cardboard we make the fins and tail.

We drew the eyes, cut them out and glued them, we also drew the mouth and it couldn't be prettier.

DID YOU KNOW THAT WHALES DO NOT EXPEL WATER FROM THEIR BACKS?

Whales inhale water and expel water vapor in order to survive.

Whales are mammals, and they do not breathe through their brachiae but through their lungs, they have a nasal orifice on their back (called spiracle), through which they breathe, this channel is connected to the lungs, when they come out to breathe every half hour, they expel the water vapor accumulated in their respiratory system and take oxygen to dive again.

In reality what they expel is water vapor, the water comes out of the remains of H2O that remain around the spiracle.
