Mi esposa y yo recibimos de Dios tres hijos en dos partos, siendo que uno de los partos fue gemelar. Nuestro hijo mayor nos hizo abuelos por primera vez hace seis años, cuando llegó nuestra amada nieta Melanie y hace dos años llegó Matteo nuestro primer nieto varón. Todos los momentos fueron indescriptibles y ahora, a medida que pasa el tiempo, al verlos crecer, al escucharlos y compartir con ellos desde sus primeros años de vida, cada minuto es excelso, es sublime y trascendente. Ser padres es una de las mayores bendiciones que recibimos de Dios, pero cuando somos abuelos esas bendiciones se multiplican. El amor que sentimos hacia los hijos es inefable, el amor que sentimos hacia los nietos también lo es, pero lo que sí estamos seguros es que cada uno ocupa un espacio privilegiado en nuestra existencia. Hijos y nietos enaltecen nuestro espíritu, ocupan nuestra mente y llenan nuestro corazón. El alma vibra y los sentimientos fluyen cada vez que disfrutamos de la presencia de los hijos y de los nietos.
My wife and I received from God three children in two births, one of the births being a twin. Our oldest son made us grandparents for the first time six years ago, when our beloved granddaughter Melanie arrived and two years ago Matteo our first male grandson arrived. All the moments were indescribable and now, as time passes, watching them grow, listening to them and sharing with them from their first years of life, every minute is exalted, sublime and transcendent. Being parents is one of the greatest blessings we receive from God, but when we are grandparents those blessings multiply. The love we feel towards our children is ineffable, the love we feel towards our grandchildren is also ineffable, but what we are sure of is that each one occupies a privileged space in our existence. Children and grandchildren exalt our spirit, occupy our minds and fill our hearts. The soul vibrates and the feelings flow every time we enjoy the presence of our children and grandchildren.
