Siempre me gusta innovar mi guarda ropa e intentar estar bien vestida. Gracias a mi bella madre por enseñarme y guiarme en el mundo de la costura. Esta fue una tela de una camisa que estaba sin usar y en vez de botarla, me la ingenie en hacerme un lindo y simple crop top. Hello #hiver friends, I hope you are well and happy start of the week. Today I will share with you on my blog how I made my crop top with a random piece of fabric and without a sewing machine. I always like to innovate my wardrobe and try to be well dressed. Thanks to my beautiful mother for teaching me and guiding me in the world of sewing. This was a fabric from a shirt that was unused and instead of throwing it away, I managed to make a nice and simple crop top. I will show you this tutorial that I want to share with you and maybe you will. So let's get started!
PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE
Para empezar, tenemos nuestro retazo de tela (mi retazo tenia unas medidas de 68 cm x 38 cm).
Con un metro, me medà mi busto y corte mi retazo de tela por la mitad para luego cortar la tela con mi medida como vemos en la foto.
To begin with, we have our piece of fabric (my piece measured 68 cm x 38 cm).
With a meter, I measured my bust and cut my piece of fabric in half and then cut the fabric to my measurements as shown in the photo.
Con unos alfileres me guié para poder cortar las telas con mis medidas (para sacar mis medidas me coloque una mitad de tela en mi cuerpo y anotar donde llegue hasta las axilas, hacemos lo mismo con la otra pero por la espalda).
With some pins I was guided to be able to cut the fabrics with my measurements (to get my measurements I put one half of the fabric on my body and write down where it reaches the armpits, we do the same with the other half but on the back).
Aquà ya corte un lado y quedaron las 2 partes de con las mismas medidas que fueron 44,5 cm x 30,5 cm (estas fueron mis medidas).

Comenzamos la hora de bastear las 2 partes por cada lado (yo lo hice a mano pero es opcional si tienen maquina).
It is time to baste the 2 parts on each side (I did it by hand but it is optional if you have a machine).
Me gustan los dobladillos para que no se vean cortadas que hacemos al cortar la tela. Lo agarramos abajo y doblamos hacia afuera un 1cm y basteamos.
I like the hems so that they don't show the cuts that we make when we cut the fabric. We grab it at the bottom and fold out about 1cm and baste.
Con la tela sobrante, hacemos tiras de 4 cm x 40 cm. Con la tira doblaremos a un lado 2 cm y basteamos para que quede escorchada.
Por ultimo, bastearemos las tiras en el crop top (para que las tiras no queden desahogadas en los hombros, me coloque el crop top y con las tiras lo medà cada lado, si les queda largo la tira cortan).
With the leftover fabric, we make strips of 4 cm x 40 cm. With the strip we will fold to one side 2 cm and baste it so that it will be foreshortened.
Finally, we baste the strips on the crop top (so that the strips are not loose on the shoulders, I put on the crop top and with the strips I measured each side, if the strip is too long, cut it).
