Spices: salt, hot pepper powder, dried oregano, dried basil and fresh.500 g mielonego mięsa wieprzowo-wołowego, lub wołowego, 0,5 kg makaronu nitki (sphagetti), pomidory w puszce, lub świeże, ser tarty typu parmezan, gran padano, 1 średnia cebula, kilka ząbków czosnku, oliwa z oliwek. Przyprawy: sól, ostra papryka w proszku, oregano suszone, bazylia suszona i świeża.

Preparation Spaghetti Bolognese

Przygotowanie Spaghetti Bolognese

ENPL
Cut the peeled onion into small cubes, and chop the garlic into small cubes. We heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion to the hot oil and fry for up to a minute.Obraną cebulę kroimy w drobną kostkę, czosnek również siekamy na drobną kostkę. Podgrzewamy olej na patelni. Na rozgrzany olej dodajemy czosnek i cebulę, podsmażamy maksymalnie minutę.

Add minced meat to the fried onion, fry it and mash it with a fork to get rid of the lumps. Fry for about 5 minutes.Do podsmażonej cebuli dodajemy mielone mięso, podsmażamy, i rozdrabniamy widelcem, aby pozbyć się powstających grudek. Smażymy około 5 minut.

Add canned tomatoes, salt, hot peppers, oregano and dried basil to the fried meat, stew it for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.Do podsmażonego mięsa dodajemy pomidory z puszki, sól, paprykę ostrą, oregano i suszoną bazylię, całość dusimy około 15 minut od czasu do czasu mieszając.

Put the pasta into boiling salted water and cook until semi-hard (aldente). Add the drained pasta to the prepared sauce in the pan and mix until the ingredients are combined.Do wrzącej osolonej wody wrzucamy makaron i gotujemy na pół-twardo (aldente). Odsączony makaron dodajemy do przygotowanego sosu na patelni i mieszamy do połączenia składników.
