Feliz día a todos mis amigos de hive y las mamis de esta querida comunidad, para el Daily Challenge: #MomLife, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como hacia dormir a mi hermosa recién nacida Micaela, tuve varios aliados muy buenos que me ayudaban a dormirla, les cuento.
Happy day to all my hive friends and the moms of this beloved community, for the Daily Challenge: #MomLife, today I want to share with you how I made my beautiful newborn Micaela sleep, I had several very good allies who helped me to sleep, I tell you.
Creo que los primeros mese de los bebés son los mas agotadores por el tema de que se levantan muy seguido, mas que todo en las noches, y las madres debemos estar muy despiertas a la hora de amamantar y luego volverlos a dormir.
I think that the first months of babies are the most exhausting due to the fact that they wake up very often, especially at night, and mothers must be very awake when breastfeeding and then go back to sleep.
En mi caso casi siempre trataba de dormir un poco más durante el día, cuando había mas gente despierta en casa, y podían compartirse las tareas mientras mamá descansaba un poco. Uno de los trucos que me funciono de maravilla fue comprarle a Mica un columpio de baterías, tenia música incluida de verdad creo que fue la mejor inversión jajaj, ese columpio tenia como una magia para hacer Mica durmiera, solo debía acostarla en el columpio y listo jajaj, claro igual tenia que estar pendiente, pero me ayudaba mucho a la hora de hacer las tareas de la casa.
In my case, I almost always tried to get a little more sleep during the day, when there were more people awake at home, and they could share chores while Mom got some rest. One of the tricks that worked wonderfully for me was to buy Mica a battery-operated swing, it had music included, I really think it was the best investment haha, that swing had like magic to make Mica sleep, I just had to lay her on the swing and that's it hahaha, of course I still had to be aware, but it helped me a lot when doing the housework.
Otra de las cosas que l encantaba a Micaela era dormir encima de su mami o papi, eso también la tranquilizaba mucho, cuando papá llegaba del trabajo le tocaba su jornada en con la bebé, después que mamá le daba su comidita el se acostaba con ella y se dormían los dos súper rápido.
Another of the things that Micaela loved was sleeping on top of her mommy or daddy, that also reassured her a lot, when dad came home from work he would have his day with the baby, after mom gave him his little food he would sleep with her and they both fell asleep super fast
Cuando no estaba papá o el columpio por alguna razón no funcionaba, la acostaba en el coche y le daba vueltas por el patio de la casa y eso también la tranquilizaba, creo que se mareaba y sass se dormía. La hora de dormir era sagrada, toda la casa en silencio para no despertar a Mica sino se la verían con mamá jajja.
When dad wasn't there or the swing for some reason didn't work, I would put her to bed in the car and spin her around the patio of the house and that also calmed her down, I think she got dizzy and sass fell asleep. Bedtime was sacred, the whole house in silence so as not to wake Mica otherwise they would see her with mom hahaha.
