GOOD HEALTHY PEPPERS FO THE BODY GROWTH

Hello everyone,

It's a new week and also new day as well so this morning I bring to you a new topics which will bring and she'd more light into our pepper lovers as well s pepper farmers. There are several thousands of pepper species that you don't know of nd with my little research and some on my farm which I planted few months ago which are now in full matured state and some at it's fruiting stage while others have matured green peppers on them but not yet ripped. You can also read more on this particular pepper specie here via this link 🔗 Trinidad moruga scorpion When you care about reading and research you have a wide knowledge about that particular thing. My first pepper to discuss here is " Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper" in general term.

WHAT ARE TRINIDAD MORUGA SCORPION PEPPERS?

  • Species: They are also called Capsicum chinense
  • Origin : The peppers originated from Moruga, Trinidad and Tobago
  • Scoville scale : 1,200,000 average SHU

OVERVIEW : The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppers was initiated by Wahid Ogeer from Trinidad.

Pepper Description from an expert named Paul Bosland once said

You take a bite. It doesn't seem so bad, and then it builds and it builds and it builds. So it is quite nasty

So this thought of his really took my attention because as it was said it continue to build in and it seems quite nasty when you truly taste this kind of pepper it seem hot and very hot to the tongue and also our tasteball. I believed this also, aside the hot aspect it also has some flavors in it that's why it has more sweet-hot-combination. The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper can be grown by seeds from any part of the world and it planting season varies from different part of the world, here in the south west of Nigera, this particular pepper can be planted mostly during the raining season so as to get more fruit on it tree, so as for the pepper to grow bigger, matured early and have better conservation roots and stem for more food to be produce. It can also be planted during the dry season but it has many disadvantages attacked to it, the main disadvantage is drought, lack of water to produce more and more fruits or produce.
As for my own farming practices I planted this Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper few months ago and I also did some mulching to reduce the rate at which the sun penetrate it's root. So I also added manure to the pepper plant so as to grown more bigger, taller, and faster to also produce more fruits for the farmer. After all this had been done with maximum caution and precaution, now it is friuting and harvesting time for us Down below I'm going to show you some pictures of three types of peppers found in my farm presently trust me on this all pictures found here are mine and originally captured with my mobile phone Fero X1.

Bird 's eye chili peppers as well.

  • Which of the Bell Peppers are more healthest

Generally speaking the Red peppers pack the most nutrition

because they've been on the vine longest. Green peppers are harvested earlier, before they have a chance to turn yellow, orange, and then red. Compared to green bell peppers, the red ones have almost 11 times more beta-carotene and 1.5 times more vitamin C.

What are Bell Peppers Used for?

  • They make a good and palatable combination in soup, stew or anything you can use them for.

  • They make a yummy aroma with onions, and it can be sliced or diced in salads, soups, and casseroles.

  • They can be stuffed, grilled, placed on sandwiches for bread, breakfast, lunch or dinner , or simply sliced for a fresh,

  • it forms good flavorful, and crunchy snack when used with some kitchen fast food recipe .

You can give a trial with them with a spicy cumin-enhanced dip, or, as the rhyme goes, pickled, trust me. It really yummy yummy .

Thanks for reading, till next time.
