Building a strong team of young people working on the blockchain each and every day is an ongoing process rather than something you accomplish once. Every single day, we strive to empower individuals that will add value to the ecosystem. This is about developing and growing young talent and providing opportunities for them to find their place within the blockchain world.
We've seen this firsthand through all the events we have organized. Community gatherings and meetups provide a perfect opportunity for young people to come together and learn from each other as well as connect and collaborate. The events we organize help to grow and develop our Hive community while fostering an environment where ideas are exchanged and skills are developed.
The special part of these moments is watching young people grow and mature as they learn about the blockchain and discover their own strengths and potential to contribute. What's unique about these learning experiences is that they not only educate young people but also inspire action and long-term participation within Hive.
While training young people to become masters of their craft on the blockchain may seem optional, I believe it is essential. Whether it is content creation, community building, development, or project management, when young people are trained properly in the skills required to succeed in their area of expertise, they not only participate in the blockchain, they lead.
An effective blockchain ecosystem requires knowledgeable and committed contributors. By investing in young people today, we are developing the leaders, innovators, and game changers of tomorrow. The growth of young people has a direct correlation to the quality, sustainability, and future of Hive.
